Press Conference for 1st China SME Fair held in the Great Hall of the People on Sept 9th.

The press conference of the first China SME Fair was held in the Great Hall of the People on Sept 9th. Deputy-Secretary Mr. Xu Shangwu of Guangdong People's Government was in charge of the conference. Mr. You Ningfeng, Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province attended the conference and made his speech. Other present officials included Deputy-Director Chen Yanhai of the SME Department of the NDRC, Mr. Wang Liming of the SME Department, Deputy-Director Mrs. Zhang Huan of the Department of Administration on Private Economy of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Director Mr. Liu Huanquan of Guangdong SME Bureau and Deputy-Director Mr. Li Shoujin of the Propaganda Department of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee.

Correspondents respectively from over fifty media participated in the conference. Attending officials actively responded relevant questions from the correspondents.

The press conference mainly introduced the basic background and key features of the Fair and released the preparing work for the Fair as well as the main activity schedule during the Fair.
