Mr. Loos, Ministerial Representative of French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry Sent a Letter to Vice Governor You Ningfeng to Confirm Relevant Matters
Recently, Mr. Loos, Ministerial Representative of French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry sent a letter to Mr. You Ningfeng, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, to confirmed the reply made by French party on issues related to the 2nd CSMEF on March 17th, 2005 when Mr. Wen Guohui, Vice Director of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission visited Mr. Favre, Director of Ministerial Office in charge of foreign trade, French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry.
Mr. Loos expressed explicitly, French Minister of SME, Commerce, Handicraft, Professional and Consumer Affairs would attend the 2nd CSMEF and make introductions of the supporting policies of French government for SME developments in ¡°Senior Forum on Sino-French SMEs¡± by taking examples of those SMEs that had achieved success in China. Since the fair had been issued into the frame work of ¡°1000 SMEs in China¡± program, it was decided that French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry would be the sponsor of the fair and would work closely with French Ministry of SME, Commerce, Handicraft, Professional and Consumer Affairs, and specific activities would be organized by UBIFRANCE who had commenced a range of work. On March 31st, Mr. Loos personally presided over the mobilization conference with 450 enterprise attendants and delivered formal invitations to French enterprises. Chinese Ambassador Zhao Jinjun was present at the mobilization conference. In the meantime, the special website for ¡°1000 SMEs in China¡± (www.1000PMEChine.com) had been put in use and was interlinked with relevant Chinese websites.
Mr. Loos proposed to get support from Chinese relevant departments to ensure that Chinese attendants would meet the expectation of French attendants, thus secure the cooperation opportunities between the two parties to realize the wishes of Chinese and French leaders.
