Given an official reply on Jan 8th, 2005 by the State Council of P.R.C, China National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C, China State Administration for Industry and Commerce, People’s Government of Guangdong Province will jointly sponsor the 2nd China Small and Medium Enterprises Fair as well as Sino-French Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (hereafter referred to as the 2nd CSMEF) from Sep 12th to Sep 15th, 2005 at the Pazhou International Exhibition Center, Guangzhou, Guangdong province.

Different from the 1st, the 2nd CSMEF is actually an exhibition of international standard. There will be 5000 Chinese and more than 300 French exhibitors on the fair.
