NDRC is the macro-economic management agency under the State Council, which studies and formulates policies for economic and social development, maintains a balance of economic aggregates and guides the overall economic system restructuring.

Ministry of Finance, PRC (MOF)
MOF is a macro-management department under the State Council, responsible for formulating and implementing strategies, policies and guidelines, medium-and-long-term development plan and reform programs of public finance and taxation; participating in macroeconomic policy making; providing policy advice on macro-economic regulation and balanced allocation of public fund with fiscal instruments.

Ministry of Commerce, PRC (MOC)
MOC, one of the ministries under the State Council, is responsible for formulating development strategies, guidelines and policies of domestic and foreign trade and international economic cooperation; and foreign investment.

State Administration for Industry and Commerce, PRC (SAIC)
SAIC is an organization under the State Council with the responsibility of market supervision and administrative law enforcement.
 
State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, PRC
General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, is responsible for inspection of import & export commodities, inspection of sanitation and propagation, and the exertion of administrative function.

China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC)
CBRC, directly under the State Council, is responsible for formulating supervisory rules and regulations governing the banking institutions; authorizing the establishment, changes, termination and business scope of the banking institutions; maintaining the banking system of China in well-work.

The People’s Government of Guangdong Province, PRC
The People’s Government of Guangdong Province is the administrative organization for Guangdong Province under the leadership of State Council.
