Remarks:
All Cargoes with wooden packing, from all countries and regions, must have IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) Symbol.
** Observe District: All countries / Cities (Included Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan Area)
3. CUSTOMS & EXHIBITION DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT: -
- 1 set of “Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits” (Enclosed Appendix II)
- 1 copy of “Instruction Order to JoyHigh” (Enclosed Appendix I)
- IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) Symbol (Please refer to NOTICE)
- 1 fold Product Catalogue is needed for machines, computer, hi-tech equipment, etc.
- Export License, if required (produced by Hong Kong Exhibitors)
- Souvenir/Catalogue/Poster/Map/Video/CD ROM & distribute items are subject to China Customs censorship before using in the fair. Please provide two copies/samples for each to us and send to our office before shipment import to China.

SPECIAL NOTICE
REQUIREMENTS FOR WOOD PACKING OF IMPORT EXHIBITS, OBSERE DISTRICT: ALL COUNTRIES / CITIES ：
1. Used wood case, bristletail moldered wood case and bark inside/outside the wood case are strictly forbidden.
2. Please use thick wood composite products after heated and pressed treatment for the packing of machinery, fixed with screw sets, nail is not suggested.
3. Exempted Scope : Those wood composite products after being heated and pressed treatment, such as plywood, particleboard and fiberboard. Veneer core, saw dust, wood fiber and particle and other wood materials with its thickness equal or less than 6mm.
4. Observe Requirement : All import wood packaging materials should be treated by Heat Treatment(HT) or Methyl Bromide(MB) fumigation at the origin, and put the Mark of IPPC ( as below ) on two opposite sides of the wooden packaging material.
The Marks should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer / treatment designated by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of exporting countries and treatment methods (HT,MB)
5. If the wooden packaging material without the approved mark or with approved mark but intercepts the live harmful pest, then the cargoes will be disposal or return to the origin. You will take all the liability or responsibility.

7. Five days free storage in bounded warehouse for inbound and outbound, for
overtime storage charge is USD 10(RMB74)/CBM/TON/WEEK.
8. Translation of “Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits”, the charge is
USD5(RMB37)/CASE/PAGE ( whichever is greater ).
9. Any charges caused from unclear or wrong information on the declaration form or
any charges from the oversea transportation forwarder, you will be charged with
actual outlay.
10. Volume and weight conversion in airfreight rate is 1 CBM = 167 KGS
11. Minimum charge 1 CBM /exhibitor/consignment, and minimum for 20’container is
24CBM, 40’container is 48 CBM. There is 30% of surcharge to open top and flat rack.
12. Cargo arrived beyond deadline, an additional handling surcharge 30% will be
added to cover the additional cost, but it is not a guarantee the late-come exhibit
arrival the site before the opening of exhibition.
13. Equipment and additional labor charges.
14. There are 30% service surcharge for special exhibit, such as dangerous goods,
frozen products, oversize, heavy-lift, etc.
15. Any tax, duty and other related charges for exhibit which was sold or given to
domestic company.
16. Overseas service and international transportation.
17. Customs Handling Charges for any exhibits to be transferred to Guangzhou for exhibition: USD150(RMB1110)/consignment/exhibitor.
18. Quarantine service and handling charge
- USD5 (RMB37)/ CBM or 1000KG ( MIN. 2 CBM )

- The cost of quarantine treatment such as fumigation and disinfection will be collected according to actual expense.
19. Customs Fee ( Sea/Land shipment )

20. Other service required from exhibitors not covered by tariff, such as domestic transportation, repositioning, tailor made packing, etc.
REMARKS:
1) Customs or Duty :
All exhibits are arranged as temporary imported goods. If exhibit is only for display or demonstration in the fair, there is no any tax/duty will be charged by customs. But if after the fair closing, any exhibits is sold or given to domestic company etc., according to the Chinese Custom regulation, tax/duty will be charged. Moreover, for souvenir (i.e. pen, clock, watch, key chain, etc.), Chinese Customs will consider to charge tax/duty according its actual quantity & value. All the above are subject to update regulations of the Customs if there is any.
2) All Food & Beverage / Plant products:
In accordance to the law of People’s Republic of China, all food & Beverage / plant products are submitted to the Chinese Health and Quarantine authorization before shipment to China and on-site sanitary inspection.( Samples of exhibits must be handed over to the department to process import permits at least one month before import.)
Important: In order to obtain the import permits covering all food & beverage / plant products, the “Declaration Form” must be completed in detail and return to JoyHigh Shipping in advance. Special for wine & spirits, it must be indicated detailed description/type of wine or spirit, nos. of bottles, volume of bottle(litres), alcoholic volume & value, etc. All these kind of products will incur duties & tax and are non-refundable. Please be reminded that without or return confirmation, these would not be imported in China. The handling & service charges for these kind of products will be quoted separately.
3） REQUIREMENTS FOR WOOD PACKING MATERIALS :

- If any exhibit is not allowed by the organizer or Chinese Customs to be sold or displayed in fair site.
- Any tax/duty for sold exhibits.
5） This tariff is compiled on volume or weight basis and has no correlation with the value of exhibits; thus no insurance coverage is included. Insurance coverage is subject to separate quotation.
